One of my favorite things from there is the stoneware muffin pan because it makes good size muffins and when I overfill the cups they don't stick to the pan. I have quite a few pieces of their stoneware and really love it.

My vote would be for the pizza stone or the large bar pan. Both are very versatile! The metal pizza pan is great but it is only meant for the grill. I have used it for the oven, but it specifically states for grill use only.

Or go for the pizza stone AND the large bar pan as they are 20% off in October!

I have the pizza stone and used it frequently before going gluten-free. I also got the pizza peel that was two heat-resistant plastic half-circles. You slide each half under the pizza in order to lift the pizza (or other things) off the stone. Easier to store in the cabinet than a traditional paddle-shaped peel. Hubby loved them.....

The best thing I've purchased from Pampered Chef is the serrated bread knife.

You bet I can!!! ;-) We have pizza nearly every Sunday night.

I have tried many different types of gluten-free crust products and several homemade ventures. Some are too high in carbohydrates and just don't work as well on a stone as they do a pan. Some crust recipes are almost pourable, and don't resemble pizza dough at all. I started out making a low-carb pizza crust with crushed pork rinds, egg and dry parmesan cheese, but it was too high in fat and sodium. Our favorite pizza crust these days is using a homemade corn tortilla and I can cook the pizza in 5-minutes in an Xpress Redi Set Go machine.

I really like the silicone spatulas from Pampered Chef. Pizza stones--I find new ones at rummage sales for very little $$ all the time. Have several around but I actually prefer pizza cooked on the Weber, after getting up the courage to try it. We're using unglazed quarry tiles (from Menard's) on the gas grill. 8" square ones--easy to stack & stow. (I was afraid that a large stone would break if I used it on a grill.)

An inexpensive item to keep in mind is their Cookware Protectors. I put them in between nonstick skillets and large stoneware bowls. They're really handy and very versatile.

Yes, the pizza stone is awesome. Get the larger one.

I also like their stackable cooling racks, the grill pan scraper, and the stainless steel skewers.

There are so many things I like from PC. I don't know the proper names for these, but I like all of them.

The tool that you use to smash up ground beef when it is cooking is great.

A double side roller thing to roll out any kind of dough or pizza crust, etc...

Their chopper thing for chopping onions and other veggies.

Batter bowls

Covered microwave cookers.

I love the springform pan that I bought from PC. The bottom is glass so I can even cut on it. Only one I have found with a glass bottom.

If you buy the pizza pan, make sure it is stainless steel instead of aluminum, as aluminum can melt on wood/charcoal grill. If you are using a gas grill, you will not get a smoky flavor - unless you are adding wood chips - and so there would be no point.

I use a pizza stone on my charcoal grill, and I still get a smoky flavor, and so I do not think the holes in the bottom are really necessary for the smoke to flavor the pizza. They might help, but they are not needed for flavor. However, all of my pizza pans have holes in them, and so there may be another function to them. I used to have five pans, but now I have four...

I've never seen a Pampered Chef store, and so maybe they are only in the East.

"Their chopper thing for chopping onions and other veggies" mentioned above by stir_fryi is actually made by Zyliss. When I ordered housewares gadget for a local store, I always wanted this version because it combined all the features in one chopper that Zyliss placed only individually on its several Zyliss-branded choppers.

I ordered the large pizza stone and an apple wedger. I don't have it yet. I do have their chopper thing but don't use it any more. I got one of those hand blender/chopper things that I use instead.

Good tips on other things to buy.

We have a wood pellet grill, so will be sure to get a SS pizza pan or just use the stone.

I hate home parties as much as the next person, but I do like some of the PC items. Honestly, I'd rather just order from the catalog vs. go to someone's house. My friend has had several PC parties to help her brother with medical bills, so even though I am OOT from her, I could order online and help out.

I actually like some home parties because you can learn/see how the products are used.
