I bought a few packs of the herbal cigarettes a couple years ago. I had quit smoking 8 years before that but was having some anxiety issues and I really craved a cigarette. Now I always keep a pack of the Honeyrose herbal cigarettes in the house. The last pack lasted me 4 months! They are not addictive at all, the taste is very mild. I wished I had known about these when I quit smoking because I'm sure they would have helped a great deal.

I doubt you will be able to find these in any smoke shops. I've checked several in my area and no one carried them, the place in the link is where I order mine from.

I agree about Chantix and the book recommended by magic az.--a powerful combination. I would have admired your 6 month quit because I've never made it more than a couple weeks, even with the patches--and even then I was cheating "just a little".

Quit just after Labor Day using Chantix, the book, and this website. Kind of like the KT dedicated to quitting.

I bought a carton of the ones in your link....all I can say is BLECK!!!!They are horrible!Very strong,make you cough and gag.I've smoked since I was 13/14 and I'm 56 now.ou'd think I could handle anything! LOL! But they are NASTY!And expensive.I've never tried the herbal ones,I've smelled some herbal ones a guy at work smoked....they smell nasty,didn't want to try them!I quit for about 3 months with Chantix and the e-cig,Then when I was getting all the cancer scares and health problems,I felt I "needed" a real cig.Thought I could just "smoke a couple" sad to say I'm right back to where I was before I quit.Smoking like a fiend.I really need to go back to the e-cig,it's almost like smoking.And I did feel MUCH better while on it instead of real ones.I got the 0 nicotine"juice".I do need to get back to it....I do need to get back to it....I do need to!!!!That's me chanting to myself! LOL!
Anyway,the point is,I wouldn't bother with the no-nicotine cigs,they still have all the other nasty stuff in them.If you feel you want to quit but still feel the need to smoke,I reccomend an e-cig.Lots of different ones now.

Oh Chubby! I was wondering how you were doing since I hadn't heard from you. I didn't know you had used the Chantix too. Refill that RX girl. My Doctor actually gave me several refills just in case. so far, so good.

My DD bought a couple brands of the electric cigarette after DH told her how several guys at work were able to quit smoking after using them. There are MANY people on YouTube talking about them and selling them. She has spent days watching them and reading about them.

She has not smoked a cigarette for TWO weeks now. She is using the e-cigarette but there is no nicotine in the ones she is smoking now. You can get nicotine but it's not the nicotine that is harmful ~~ it's all the other stuff that is poison.

She had tried one of them a year or so ago but it didn't have the "smoke" or flavor and it didn't help her.

My DH's doctor (for his emphysema) said they were safe and so did my DD's doctor.

You can buy several flavors. After watching the videos on YouTube and seeing how many mixed their own vlavors she went to The Executive Chef, which sells all kinds of cooking and baking stuff, and bought some flavorings and glycerin and has just started mixing or diluting her own. She thought the nicotine ones were too strong.

Some states sell them so check it out. My DD in FL says there is a kiosk in the mall near her so she is going to check it out. We sent her an e-cigarette and some starter flavors that just arrived 2 days ago. She says she likes it.

It comes with a battery and has to be plugged in. You can inhale it and you get "smoke". There is no smell or smoke that those around you can notice.

It is late now so I'll see if my DD will write about it tomorrow or the next day because she is the one who uses it. I just enjoy the not having to inhale second hand smoke even though she smokes outside.

Many people are using these now and I strongly urge anyone who is a smoker to try it. My DD didn't think she could ever quit but she has.

Noda, I loved smoking. When my DH came home and said he was quitting, I decided I loved him more than my smokes. LOL! I decided I would quit with him. He had developed a smoker's cough... That cough is gone now.

Chantix took all the cravings away. You can do it.
