Pumpkin Pie Filling

I am making a gluten and dairy free pumpkin pie. My crust will be an oatmeal/almond base but I don't know what to do with the filling as all the recipes call for condensed milk. I figured I will be adding pureed pumpkin, 2 eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, honey and some brown sugar. Will this be fine? Thanks.

Oh yeah, any votes for presenation? A red ceramic pie plate or a molded pie tart? I am completely torn on this one.
