Hello all,
I have become obsessed with David Chang's pork buns. While I do like pork belly - I don't really like all the fat. I found a blog posting depicting how to make the pork buns with a much leaner cut of meat -and- there are step by step photos. I know everyone does not have high-speed internet so I am providing a link rather than posting photos here. I am also posting the recipe link for the Char Siu (Chinese Roast Pork) which is used inside of these delectable little puffs of goodness!!
