Talk to me about lamb chops...

In restaurants, I think of them as the rack-type - frenched or lollipop style. I am sure most of you can imagine what I am thinking of.

At home from the grocery store we always get the ones that look like little t-bones with a filet on one side and a strip steak on the other.

Are these both lamb chops? We call them both lamb chops. Do they have specific names to differentiate them? Just trying to figure it out!
