Geeeze, Once again I can't get into Hotmail. Get the same message as yesterday!

I NEED to email a KT'er! LOL I forgot yesterday and now when my brain is working I can't get in!

Grrrrr

Want a gmail account. I have never had it go down.
I'll send you one if you want...as soon as you can get into hotmail to retrieve it that is.

If this keeps up I may take you up on it Jenni! I haven't had many problems with Hotmail, just the past two days and it says now technical difficulties. Well DUH! LOL

Randy, Very, very nice cage. :D When Chris was in about 4th or 5th grade, we raised some butterflies in one of those little kits that you could buy back then in educational catalogs. Raised them and released them, just for fun. We all were so excited when they 'hatched' and also very excited when we released them. After we moved to Oklahoma when Chris was 14 years old, it was HIS interest in the hummingbird moths that led me to discontinue the use of Bt in my garden and garden 'for the butterflies' instead. It just didn't make sense to plant a moon garden for the moths, while simultaneously trying to kill off the cats in the garden. And, you know me, I plant so very many tomato plants that the tomato worms and tobacco worms can eat all they want and I still have plenty of plants and fruits left for us (and for everybody we know). I am sure Amber will really enjoy this project! Ozlifter, We have had monarchs for about 3 weeks, but only in heavy numbers this last week. I also have had them around my dianthus and other cool-season flowers that are in bloom, but have had even more of them in the pasture and on the edges of the woods where there's an abundance of native plants. And, if I wear a brightly patterned shirt with flowers on it, the butterflies follow me all over the yard, and so do the hummingbirds! :) Dawn

I hate to sound like a dummie, but just how do I know if I have the Classic Version? It is free, but it seems I get emails from them that I don't bother reading that they want me to change...and I do not like change, unless it is a have to case and definitely for the better. I can get there...via a shortcut from my firefox toolbar...I go right to my inbox....so I have no trouble getting there...just that it is slow getting there and then everything is slow to open, or send, or delete, or move, or, or, or... again...Anyway, how do I tell what version I have now? remember now, dumb it down for me as I am still very challenged you know.

The point is she WAS offered a plea, her attorneys recommended it and SHE decided to roll the dice. Don't blame the prosecutor because she made a stupid decision. Although there's possibly some extenuating circumstances here, it still must be realized that you do not have the right to go to trial and then say, "I'll take the deal you offered before". If you choose door number 1 and get the "zonk", you can't go "Gee Monty, I'll take the $2000". The DA did his job, probably rather zealously but nevertheless if someone were to turn down a good plea bargain I offered, I think I would try even harder to make the conviction too. Our system is set up to overcharge people. I have problems with that, but that's the way it it. To me it's unfair to lay out a buffet of charges and say pick one or more of these when they often can only be convicted on one. But the limitations in the system demonstrate why pleas are so common and often should be looked at even at times to the compromise of principle, given what COULD happen if you're convicted. I too have trouble with the inconsistency of things. Unintentional things often get harsher punishments than intended. Some peoples' lives are often valued higher than others. There's a lot of inconsistencies.

In general. you must have a duct of the exact size needed (specified by the opening at the exit end of the blower). If your duct is smaller than specified, you *could* run a large-cfm exhaust blower on its lowest setting (and think that this will offset the noise), but you would be UNsatisfied with the entire setup and UNhappy about the advice you thought you were getting from nice people advising what you can do. If the duct is too small from end to end it will resist or push back against air instead of allowing it to flow well; the fan blower will act in weird ways, humming, buzzing, strumming, and being generally lazy whether on speed #1, 2, or 3. Some ducts are only a few inches end to end. Some ducts are measured in inches length, because the end point is the wall outside, behind the hood. Some ducts go for so many feet that they need boosters (secondary blowers) at the far end. A long duct is an "obstacle", a clear resistance, a big thing. Never ask "is this considered long?" as it's all a continuum, from ease to resistance. If in the duct run, the duct diameter gets shrunk at a spot (a pinch point), this is not a serious obstacle. (web search "Venturi Effect" to read about air flowing around a point obstacle). Not a problem for air flowing through, but nobody will guarantee that the audible noise in the kitchen will remain low noise or pleasant. A duct could be made one size larger than the specified size. But not several sizes larger. If the duct is massively overdimensioned it can become too greasy inside (because in a duct that has fast-moving air, airborne specks of grease go straight outside). Microscopic grease particles, that filters won't catch, is what you perceive as "the smell of cooking". This smell *can* be eliminated but this costs so much that only a big restaurant might want to buy it. Son loves gmail - wanted to get me into it probably a couple of years ago - back when one had to have an introduction from a subscriber.

Did you see my suggestion yesterday to some frustrated hotmailers?

It was mainly in jest .. I sort of enjoy that.

I've been on Yahoo! for quite a long time and have been pleased with the service, though would be more pleased were they to snatch more of the "Bulk" (four-letter word ... as is "spam") mail on the way in.

I have too low capacity in my computer to have allowed me to install their recent upgrade ... perhaps that would help.

Quite a few people make Yahoo!Financial one of their major sources for financial info - I do.

I'd be happy to send an email for you, if you could get a message to me.

But - why not send it yourself?

If you go to www.yahoo.com, click on "Mail" and you'll be able to sign in, set up an email address, and send your email.

That should work - even if you never use that mailbox again.

Shouldn't it?

Worth a try - if sending an email now is important.

I was having the same problem all day yesterday, so I googled "hotmail" and was able to get in from there. Then I just made a new bookmark and it's been OK all day today. Maybe that would help... I hate when that stuff happens and there's no explanation.

My AOL account is jakked up right now. When I log in, it would normally enumerate all my emails then give me a chance to click on them. But now, it just sits there trying to enumerate them and finally says "there was an error." Instead of waiting for it to go through that, I click on something else to access my email and everything is fine. There is the "Check Mail" button that I click. Is there something else you can click on?

If you want to try gmail, no invitation is needed. That was changed a while back.

I got in, and sent my email. Went back to check this morning and got the technical difficulties page again. So I googled like you said Frogster and got in! Different sign in page so maybe the one I have had for years is obsolete? LOL
Now we shall see if it keeps working for me, I'd like to keep it cause its where GW mail gets sent and my address book is pretty good sized over there! LOL I know I can transfer the addys but will cross my fingers I wont have any more problems!
