Lots and lots of cherry bomb peppers - what to do with them

Thanks to a beautiful sunny summer we have a bumper crop of cherry bomb peppers. The are small red peppers about the size of a meatball - kind of spicy. I was thinking about stuffing some but don't think we can eat them all like that. Any other ideas - I would be especially be interested in any recipes or ideas I could freeze.

It is starting to get cold here at nights, with maybe some frost even so they have to be harvested soon.
