Some healing prayers please.

There is a young man, 20, a student at Texas A&M, with bacterial meningitist. He is in grave condition and not responding to treatment. His family is asking for prayers and to please have your college age children to get their shots.

That is just so very sad. I just said one for him.

That's the one thing I made sure we did before DS
went off to college. . .

Oh, that is so sad in so young a person. Caring thoughts and prayers going out to him.

Thanks everyone!! I just now got home and had to be at the hospital at 5:45 this morning. The Dr. says he got all the stones blasted. So I got that worry off of me, but have to wait till I get through this mess before I see the other doctors. Thanks again to all my KT friends. Patty

Today started good even tho mom wouldn't cooperate. We are thinking possible stroke. BP went very low after lunch. Left corner of her mouth drew in. Couldn't hold her head up eyes going all different directions. Very little urine output. In fact still didn't have enough for a lab sample at 8pm. Dr ordered CT scan which came back negative. At a good lunch for her. Hoping it's just the meds but don't know. Thanks everyone for all the good wishes.

Oh dear, they have them, Terilyn. A few years ago our cousin's son went thru this, I really thought we were going to lose him. As it is he had to drop out of school and come home for a year, he never returned to school. The shots are so important.
