Heart-shaped meatloaf --very cute, georgysmom! My dinner was just a tuna sandwich, because I had a late lunch of a Greek gyro in a pita w/tzaziki sauce, Greek salad (feta, lettuce, cukes and a delicious dressing), fries. If you watch "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," you might recall the restaurant: Metro 29 Diner in Arlington, Va. Deeeelish lunch! This is the place with the bakery in the basement and makes French toast with home-baked challah (bread). (Funny thing: There was a couple at one table who were talking about the show, and I'm pretty sure they were first-timers, and at another table was a family of 6, also first-timers because of the show!) If you ever come to the D.C. area, you've got to stop in there!

I had a nice lunch today at Bob Evan's. Half pot roast sandwich and a cup of tomato basil soup. Probably won't eat much this evening, possibly a ham sandwich and the iced tea I brought with me. Sue

I grilled chicken til almost done. Threw it in a pan and into the oven. I made an orange sauce. When the guys get home, they can either eat just grilled chicken or orange grilled chicken. Also some brown rice and for me...hominy.
