Just finished a Skinny Cow. This darn medication I'm on has a side effect of randomly filling your mouth with bitterness. I have to remember to buy some hard candy when I go out.

WC, I know what you mean. The meds I'm on make my mouth taste like metal. I feel like I took a big bite out of a Buick, or something.

Susan that's what the doctor warned me about. It's an antibiotic for a sinus infection. The worst is when the taste floods your mouth in the middle of the night and wakes you up.

You must be talking about the medication Augmentin. My DD just finished it and it has torn her stomach to shreds!

I just went outside, picked some lemons and am now drinking lemonaide.

Nope Augmentin is an amoxicillin and I've developed an allergy to those.

I'm on Clarithromycin.

Neighbour gave me slice of granddaughter's birthday cake an hour ago - she's 17: they're having a family party on this Family Day holiday.

Just finished a slice of breadmaker-made bread made into French toast, with salt, pepper, a shot of dill and a sprinkle of cheddar on top.

Drinking the tail- (tale-?)end of a mug of (Max Hse) coffee-choc. milk mix and a new cup of coffee brewing, I've added the sugar and cream to the mug ... lazy I likes to let dropping coffee do part of the stirring.

Our local McDonald's don't have Sweet Tea, I wish they did though. I tried it when I was in AZ and OMG, I loved it! I'd heard about "sweet tea" for years but had never seen it offered here (living in "Southern" California, is not the same as living in "the South" LOL). So glad I had a chance to try it.

Now some of you southerners might tell me McDonald's Sweet Tea doesn't count or qualify as true southern sweet tea but I don't care, I loved it nonetheless.
