Keurig Company customer service is great!

I have seen posts here recently about the Keurig. We have a Keurig coffee machine that we have had for a little over a year. I really love it! It recently started leaking from the base and DH could not fix it. Called their customer service Tuesday, they sent a brand new machine. Arrived today! Great service! Just wanted to say Kudos for Keurig!

I have had two of them die on me, both times they sent a new one right away! Great service, wonder about the quality of the machines though. Love mine, hope this one lasts longer.

terilyn... ours has lasted about 15 months. Buying a new one is not in the budget right now, so I am very glad that they replaced it. Good deals on their website for coffees too.

Tiffy, I don't know whether to thank you, or be mad at you, LOL! I spent quite a bit of time browsing their website, and found some things that I wanted to order, but when I went to check out, I didn't see the discount. I've sent them an email. I know they charge $7 to export to the US, and $5 to ship, but surely my total couldn't be $36 for 7 packets at the sale price? I really liked their unusual selection though! Bonnie

I just wanted to add my comments . I have bought from 2B Seeds for nearly 7 years and have never had a problem with them or their seeds. They are very knowledgeable in the plant arena, and they DO have great customer service. They are a smaller family owned company- with just a few employees, they are a bit slower than larger companies but their seeds always have great germination. Dan told me that to ensure the freshest, best quality seeds, that they keep their inventory levels low, and replenish their inventory constantly. So when it seems it takes longer than the larger companies, I remember what great flowers and vegetables I ended up with thanks to them always getting fresh seeds. They offer such a large variety of plant seeds , that I find it difficult to pick only some. They are my go-to source for for almost everything. I have recomended 2B Seeds to many friends, family and anyone that needs GREAT SEEDS.

SZ/Wolf? The few times I had deal with them directly went something like this. Day 1 of my Wolf installation and burn-in which I knew nothing about. I was preheating the oven and I thought the unit was going to go up in flames. I called BS in a panic. I gave my S# and they began addressing me by my first name (they did not have first or last name yet), had my full address and knew the unit installion had been completed and reported at 3PM THAT day only 2 hours earlier. They walked through the process which was mainly assuring me what was happening was normal. Not too shabby! Go to our current home (and the one in the initial running for the LC) that we have been for 6 months now. After the first few months, the SZ developed a somewhat minor service issue. They came, they saw, they repaired but it happened 2 more times. After the 3rd repair, the unit seemed fine but they insisted on just bringing me a new one bc 3 service calls in the first 6 months` was unnacceptable to them and the selling distributor. Again, not too shabby! I am happy for the satisfied LC customers and am fully aware of their impressive virtual 100% approval rating from customers. And I cannot guarantee LC would not have been scratched based on cost alone. As you can probably gather, the unit I was looking at all in was estimated in the $22-24 thousand range! However, good service is not limited to just the LC AC client base. Just opinion asked and experience shared with OP.

That's great. It's often worth asking. This service creates customer loyalty. Once I called Grandma Hoerner's jam company to ask where their jams are sold since my store stopped carrying them. They told me where to go (Marshalls) and sent me a sampler box of about 4 full sizes of their jams free!

jennava - I had the exact same problem and they sent me a new one too!

I was told to send the cup back to them as proof of ownership...I had never gotten a return address to send it - still haven't. I called to inquire about it, they apologized for the inconvenience and mailed me a coupon for a free box of (24 cups) coffee!

Of course they replaced the machine. They want to keep you buying those expensive little K-cups. I love mine too.

Fran.... so true that they want you to buy the coffee. We have two of the My K Cups and use them sometimes. Hate to admit, I am too lazy, especially in the a.m., to mess with it. I like the Keurig so much that we would have eventually bought another one ourselves, when the budget allowed. So, I am happy and grateful that they gave us the new one. And here I sit, drinking my first cup for the day. lol

You can get some good deals on the coffee on the website. We just got a free four pack of coffee cups in the mailbox the other day (and that was before we called about the machine leaking). Also, Bed Bath and Beyond has good prices, if you use their 20% off coupon.
It is one little splurge, much cheaper than a Starbucks.

We gave my older sister a smaller Keurig because we saw when we visited that she was making a pot of coffee in her ancient Mr Coffee, and drinking from that one pot until it was gone. :( she is very frugal. She loved the Keurig, then she told my DH that she was (somehow) reusing the K Cup. I don't know how she did that, but I would imagine it would make a very weak cup of coffee.

I have seen some "K-Cup hacks" online. They open them up and refill them, seal them back up and use them again.

I don't mind buying the cups - It's my only vice :)
