Personally I would buy the Truffle Oil ($24) and the Giusti 10 year aged Balsamic Vinegar ($55). Actually I would probably spend some of my own money and get the truffle oil and the Giusti balsamic vinegar/olive oil crate set ($59).

I'd probably buy a new waffle iron. I like the one that makes the thinner, crisper, hearts-in-a-circle waffles. My current, completely adequate waffler maker makes a thick, bready waffle.

But that's me. Or a knife. Or a pretty novelty bundt pan.

Blue, I have the regular burger press from WS. It works great. It was a gift, never would have bought one, but it is really good.. It is a slippery teflon like coating...

I have a WS/ Pottery Barn outlet not far, so I hope I could get 150 worth with the 75 certificate. I wonder if they take them at the outlet???
I get some good sales there...Monique can vouch for that, I am always posting them!! I love a bargain...

Looking over the sale section of the site, I like the OXO corn stripper which is marked down to $10. The OXO small salad spinner which is marked to $20, I have the large version and it is very sturdy and well made. Shun Kershaw Commercial Soft-Grip Paring Knife, 3" is $6 and the Shun Kershaw Santoku 7" which is $15. They actually have a few very nice knives in the sale section but those are the least expensive.

I had a $50 gift from WS...I bought an OXO kitchen scale....had it a month and haven't used yet....shows ya how much I needed it!
Not one for pressed burgers....makes they too much like a hockey puck....I want my burger meat handled more gently!
I think I would head to the linen department and look for placemats and dish towels.

I think this is a beautiful pie dish...I really like the pometerra. Add the pie weights & a new peeler and you'll be all ready for apple pie season.

I don't have one near me, but my DMIL has given me wonderful huge dishtowels and dishcloths - and I also love the meyer lemon and parsley scented cleaner (I guess it's the countertop spray) and dish soap.

I'd also go with the dish soap/handsoap/lotion. It's overpriced but nice. I like getting frivolous things like that as gifts--I'd never buy it for myself but like to have it. :)

Do yourself a favor and purchase something you will use and fall more in love with every day. On the WS search site type in "Susan G. Komen Santoku knife". This is an all purpose, small chef's knife. Fabulous knife! Use with care as it is very sharp. Follow packaged instructions.

I really like my little bird knife, and I would splurge on various colored spatulas.

Check if your store has any All Clad on sale. Sometimes there are truly great buys - under 50 or so.

They have some terrific plastic glassware from New Zealand. I also had a gift card (for only $25) and when I saw these I decided to add $25 and splurge! They are dishwasher safe (something that BB&B's are not) and feel just great in my hand. We love 'em!

I just got back from the WmSonoma outlet. I got Hand lotions on sale for 1.99, striped napkins, 70 off, so 1.19, and vanilla beans, 25% off.
They had the Emile Henry for 40 off, and some other things...But I behaved myself!

Kathleen, if you see more of the clear on the rocks style glasses (not the tall ones) or the tall multi-colored style please pick some up for me. I think I paid $8.50 each for two of the clear and a the set of six tall multi-colored was about $48. If the price is really good (less than half)I'd take some more!
AMCK- I have the tall multi-colored ones. If I knew that the glasses with the monogram were available, I'd have snapped those up instead. I don't think they were in the stores.
As I said before, I also bought a couple of the clear to use upstairs. We did an addition with small area that houses shelves, a below counter fridge and microwave. We don't consume much upstairs, but when I'm working or someone is ill, a plastic glass is a good thing!

I have purchased a lot of things from WS. I think my favorite so far has been my microplane. Wouldnt trade it for the world! When I bought mine they had plastic handles but now they make them with a rubber handle. Think I may have to get that one too. :)
