Looks delicious. Quite coincidentally, last night I was too tired to cook ended up with raw salmon and tuna as well. In the form of rolls, which were neither homemade nor plated as attractively.

dcarch, that is absolutely beautiful and it looks delicious. Like Cathy, my "no cook" meals tend to be something like a bowl of Cheerios. If I'm too tired to cook, I'm too tired to think!

Lee, there was not that much food on the plate, just enough for one.

Cathy, it looks more completed than it really is. Sliced beets cut to a square, packed rice in a mold, and dumped fish randomly on the plate.

Bumblebeez, no there was really no cooking. Except the fish, everything was leftovers.

FOAS, if you look carefully there are three different cooked rice there. They are all small quantity leftovers.

Annie, I too have had Cheerios for dinner. They are pretty good.

Jenny, those are leftover beets. If you look again, you will also see yellow golden beets there. Really was a no-cooking dinner.

I'm with mustangs, an easy no-cook dinner is a bowl of cold cereal, or yogurt w/nuts and fruit.

I love Cheerios too, but I like to
put some preserves, or jam, or jelly,
(Lord, I can't keep them all straight in
my head), in a bowl, (they don't
have to be homemade), and microwave them
until they turn into a sort of 'syrup',
and then drizzle the results on the Cheerios.
Yummy, but nothing to write home about.
BUT, if you add a big scoop of your favorite
ice cream, then you are treading the line
between dinner and dessert. This also works
especially well with my next favorite cereal,
Rice Chex.

Roast beef and/or roast turkey on rye or wheat, with tomatoes,onions,sweet peppers, lettuce,cucumber, olives, 2 or 3 cheeses.
