kids clothes - out of control

I am embaressed to confess my secret shame but just have to. I have 3 boys so I keep most of the kids clothes to hand down. It is totally out of control. The "guest room" is now the clothes room. There are bins, boxes, piles everywhere. I do get rid of ones my youngest grows out of but there is just so much from the other 2. There are sooo many shoes, sports stuff, jeans, shirts. I was digging around in there today to find shorts for the youngest & I just wanted to pitch it all out the window. Those of you who know me from the old days know that my financial situation is really bad so I can't just replace their wardrobes every season, I have to do the hand me downs.

DS #1 wants his own room & the biggest obsticle is the piles of clothes in that room. I've told him we'd work on that room this summer but he won't be much help, he can't tell sizes apart. The bed is piled high with clothes, the floor is impassable. I am desparate.
