She was soooo excited to receive all the cards, said to tell all of you "thank you & that she

I was thinking the same thing, Pattico, how sad that they should be apart now. It happens here, too- sometimes couples can't even get into the same home as one might require more care than the other. I think that's an appalling thing to do to long-married couples, to separate them when they haven't really got a lot of time left to spend together.

I appreciate Dianna for her calls and posting. Had a very nice BD. The family took us out to eat and had a very enjoyable day. Vince has a lot of pain but they aren't sure if it is the cancer or arthritis. They ran an MRI the other day to find out. Thanks to all my KT friends for their prayers and Thoughts. Love you all

I'm so glad they are in the same room. I always felt bad for my patients who were with us long term far away from their spouse, especially if the spouse was sick and in another hospital too.
