We've had a Red Robin out our way for many years and it's my favorite place to go for a burger. Ours is a large one and quite nice but Ive been in some newer ones that are smaller and not as nice. Some of our favorites are the Petite cheesburger which is smaller than the regular size burgers. The regular size burgers are really large. Also the Crispy Chicken salad and the Fish Burger are great. The only way you know if you like your local one is to go there and give it a try. It is the perfect place to take kids so if you don't like children around it is not the place for you though. We often have our Grandchildren and they love it too.

The one in our area really isn't close enough to go frequently, but when we've been there, the burgers have been well worth the price.

Of course, it is a sit-down restaurant (waiters/waitresses), the burgers are HUGE (definitely enough to split and take half home for a second meal) and delicious, and the fries are bottomless--they'll bring you as many as you want.

Try their strawberry lemonade. Ours closed 15 years ago.

I like their garden burgers and their strawberry lemonade, but I hate the atmosphere! It's crowded, too bright, loud, kids yelling and running all over the place. It stresses me out.

I like the Banzai burger. They will "petite" any burger on the menu. I also like that they don't charge extra for substituting healthier options for fries.

The thing to do when you go to Red Robin is to take a friend and split a burger. They will split the burger for you and bring you each your half of the burger plus a generous serving of fries. The burgers are large, so it is plenty of food.

If you know you are having a meal which includes fries, you can ask your server to bring you out fries when the server takes your drink order... they don't charge extra for them and it is nice to have something to snack on while you wait for your food. My cheap college student DD taught us this! lol

it's cheap compared to ruby tuesday! we made the mistake stopping there and it was $12.95 for the avacado burger...bout fell over since my sil picked up the tab for our anniversary...never again!

DH can eat "2" burgers....$8 each!!!!!!!!!!!!! :0) (I had a gift card when we last ate there)

Great burgers, once when we had to wait for a table they brought us each a glass of wine, adults only of course.

I don't eat burgers but I think it's overpriced. Ate there once last summer meeting a cousin half way.

I like Red Robin for a burger and rings on occasion. They are large, pricey, but delicious.

Don't have a Red Robin near me. We recently got a Sonic. When they first opened, they caused traffic jams. Half hour to an hour wait, and the burgers were not all that wonderful.

Our Sonic, here, is a drive in.

Red Robin is a dinein.

I didn't go in, but friend raves over Red Robin as well as GS.

I really like the bonzai burger too! YUMMY...
you can go on their website, pick a menu item and customize
it to change up calories, etc. Then when you go in
you can order it to those specifications.. The bonzai with out cheese and may drops about 500 calories.

Red Robin is rather expensive, but our newish one has excellent servers and the food arrives incredibly fast. Really, the servers are far above the ordinary and they're incredibly accommodating, which is important when you've got little kids. I usually have the Garden Burger and have them cut it in half so I can take half home for a second meal. Another reason we love it is that they have a big kids' menu with some very healthful choices for fruit and veggie sides, etc.
