Poolside towel tree / rack... suggestions?
Comments (8)A planter from our GJ Inspiration album...how about something like this? Maybe turned spindles & painted diff colors? Stack of towels in the planter part? Color, yes use color! After all, you bought a place in Florida! Add a wood parrot to the top corner of it! LOL! Have fun, giggles! Comments (10)mcps---wow, we do have the same bathroom! i love your paint color and your faucet. That soap dispenser is so pretty. You found a perfect painting to tie in the colors, its looks great! My towel rack was as you described on the small wall to the right of the vanity where the light switch is. The paint color is SW Blonde. We started with the kitchen and adjoining family room, then loved the color so much, we decided to paint all our rooms with it! whew, exhausting, but with white trim it all looks so velvety, rich and peaceful. The color looks good in every room exposure, lots of light and darker hallways. We do have a separated dining room I'm thinking of doing in SW Wheatgrass which is a lighter green with yellow undertones, and seems to blend well with the Blonde. Lindybart-- We have such similar taste. I love everything about the inspiration pic you posted, and now I dont feel so bad about all the different materials i have in my little room. I'm going to do as in your pic, find a mirror with frame to match my light, and then the towel rack/ring and cabinet hardware to match the faucets. one other question: which looks better, a towel rack or ring? thanks so much everyone!...See MorePattern for a free standing towell rack
Comments (2)Thanks jrice for the suggestion. I have been away for several days so have just seen your reply. I hadn't thought of a quilt rack. I have seen metal towell stands in the bath decor stores but much prefer the look of wood. I want it to hang wet towells on after showering. It has to fit in a particular space so I think a quilt rack could be adapted to fit there. Now to find a pattern....See MoreDouble Towel Rack small bathroom
Comments (2)We have a small bath, so we put a towel rod on the inside of the door. Ours has two doors (!) so that lets us hang two towels. We have no free wall space, so that was our only choice....See MoreRelated Professionals
