Dumpling success!

I have tried bisquik dumpings in the past but they were always under done and mushy.

I tried a chicken soup dumpling recipe from the current issue of taste of home magazine. I only used the soup from the recipe and then used ann_t's regular dumpling recipe. I was making the soup in a crock pot. I mixed up the dumplings and put them in for 15 minutes. They seems done but just to be sure I gave them another 5 min. I removed them and added them back to the soup as I served it. The soup was bland but the dumplings were great!

They were so easy now I want to make them a regular fixture in my menus.
