Or make an assortment of cookie cups--just press cookie dough over custard cups or muffin tins or whatever and bake--and then people could carry their ice cream IN their cookies. (Now I want to make cookie cups, paint the bottoms with chocolate fudge, sprinkle with nuts and fill them with home made ice cream. So much for starting the diet today!)

I've gone for a Snicker's effect, chocolate and caramel topping, and chopped peanuts. Have also added chopped toffee bits, and once, even mixed peanut butter in with the chocolate topping. Put the ice cream bars back into the freezer as you unwrap them. Have everything else ready to go, then just pull the ice cream bars out and assemble. Store it in the freezer until just before serving. It's very forgiving (and plus, my co-workers will eat anything, not caring if the topping is a little runny, it's a little too frozen, too chewy, etc.)

I'm with Glenda.I could eat a pimento cheese sandwich on toasted wheat bread every day and do when I have it.I make my own pimento cheese.Much better than store bought and from what I have seen of the prices in the stores,much cheaper! My DH loves it and would eat it every day too.That reminds me,I just bought cheese to make it a couple of days ago.Need to do that tomorrow. I could also eat frozen blueberries topped with heavy cream and splenda every day!Like eating ice cream.MMMMM...think I go fix me a bowl right now.

These are really good...low fat and on Weight watchers only 1 Point!!!! 1 large Low Fat Chocolate Graham Cracker Cool Whip Free Take cracker break in half and overstuff with cool whip top with the other half of cracker making a sandwich...wrap in plastic wrap and put into a container and keep in Freezer!!! Yummy!!

HILARIOUS!

When we get to Maine, I am going to Congdon's Donuts (they sell ice cream too) and demand they make me one! IF its good enough for NYC, it is good enough for ME!

Oh, that cinnamon donut and mint choco chip ice cream sounds wonderful.

I'll just have to day dream about this concoction, since so many things about it are not on my diet. Yum!

Ok sushipup, now that you've got me craving and thinking about a half-day trip.... can you help me confirm this place?

The link on your link takes me to Donut Bell, Inc., and upon dialing the number given by google a woman was not too pleased about me asking for donuts. Not the first time, nor the second.

A search on "Peter Pan" led me to no bakeries in Brooklyn. I suppose I could just take a drive during "Normal Donut Hours" and take my chances... but I'd love to know the hours before I commit to that.

In exchange for your search I'll promise pictures and a review.
