So I priced out the Waterstone and accessories that I would need, and also the Perrin and Rowe with the same features (they look almost identical), and it turns out, much to my surprise, that I can get the Perrin and Rowe for over $300 less! So, since they look so much the same, and I know it is a good quality faucet, I went ahead and ordered it in chrome. I really loved the Waterstone, but at a difference of $300 I really can't justify that. Even with the price difference, for all the part I needed (faucet with sidespray, soap dispenser, extended flange for my Shaw sink, garbage disposal cap (we will have a batch disposal), and drain strainer, it still came to about $1000. Yikes! I really didn't want to go that high with the faucet, but, as I remember someone on GW saying, it IS the most used thing in the kitchen. So I will just have to shave a few hundred dollars off somewhere else....

If the mom wants/needs it and the child ALSO wants/needs it, there is nothing wrong with three times a day. However, me, personally? I'd throw my phone away and send him a book of stamps if he called me that much. For me personally, that would be way too needy an expression, I'd be EXTREMELY worried about him and what was going on in his life. For him, it would be an unreasonable expectation on my part. He would cheerfully inform me of this fact. I would expect him to! I'm not so sure that "love" has so much to do with how frequently children speak with their parents or vice versa if the contact between them is reasonable. To me, there is probably a problem within the relationship if someone is feeling abandoned because of the lack of frequency, rather than the "expectations" which aren't being met. That's my take on it.

Hi you guys... I'm realbusy on GW. (Gina from NJ)....Good to see some of your old names here and I've even traded with many of you... I've lost the addresses of many a gardening friend over the years now and I'm not happy about that. But oh well, what can you do? Hope everyone will come back on here...I know I was in a round robin exchange but I can't remember who the admin was *sigh*.....maybe ishareflowers ? Anyway, maybe when I have time I will go back over the old e-mails from over a year ago now I guess... Trade on!!! I've posted my new list under my profile.. “Fifty people are about to chime in and tell me you need more, but unless they have references from a non-commercial source it is possible that both they and their source have an intrinsic bias.” I only have the non-commercial reference and bias of actually having had a 300cfm hood with a 6” duct. So I lived with that kitchen with that hood for about 6 years. I can assure you it was inadequate for anything smokier than frying eggs. It was also really loud. I seared steak in a cast iron pan all the time anyway. I just lived with it, shrug; people make compromises all the time in their homes. Hey, I wanted a bigger master bath too, yet lived with the small one just fine. However, given the opportunity, when walls were open, I chose an 8” duct and more powerful hood than the measly 300 cfms I’d been living with. What a difference! Worth every penny and more. Having said that, I think 1200 cfms the OP mentioned is overkill and definitely requires makeup air. 600-800 should be good. But that may also require makeup air depending on your home. Mine is older and leaks air like nobody’s business.
