Kim: I've had contact with two others today who watch this show. All three of us were saying the same thing. If the producers think that by provoking more meaningless drama into the show, they'll get/keep more viewers, they need to think again.

By the way, it looks like Survivor is trying the same things.

I totally agree with you. I felt really bad for Adrian and Daphne, although they really did themselves in. They should have just worked really hard and kept quiet until everyone got to know them.

I absolutely cannot stand Conda, and to a lesser extent Jeremy. She is a spoiled brat and I cannot tell you how many times I have wanted to reach into the tv and throttle her and her whining voice. She will never, ever be able to keep off her weight, if she indeed loses it. She is an undisciplined emotional wreck, and the whole family is obese so there are years and years of bad habits to overcome.

I am about to give up on this show also. It reminds me of the season with really mean girls, Heba and can't remember her name but her husband was Brady the pharmacist.

another veto for the way they've let the show get out of hand...i was so hoping the gal that went home had lost weight and could have stayed!

I posted my comment on their facebook page. I'm through watching this program until they change the format. I'm sorry to say that Conda is nothing but an ugly pig and I refuse to watch that garbage any longer. Why would they say that the contest winner will be anonymous and then be told to come clean. Daphne caught a raw deal here and I really hope she succeeds in losing the weight and coming back to win the at home prize.

I'm another who agrees. I thought this show was about weight loss not grade school politics. It's petty and mean and stressful to those on the show. Who needs to watch nastiness play out? I dislike Conda and her brother and their foul mouths. Both are homely fat people who will always be, I'll bet. If they were pleasant and didn't have constant sneers on their faces, they might be attractive.

I quit watching last season when I saw the direction the show was going. I've been seeing promos every week with an emphasis on Conda's behavior. I don't have a clue who she is, but gathering by the snippets I see, she is disgusting.

My guess is the ratings have been slipping the past couple of seasons and the producer's last hope is bringing on the drama. While I didn't always agree with the methods to their weight loss, I thought it was a good show that gave hope and inspiration to many.

I totally agree. I think it's the mindset that people love to have someone to hate. The same thing has happened with "The Bachelor". I think these shows start out on the right foot and then decide how chaos is enjoyed by a lot of folks. It's like a bad soap opera--each year they get more scripted than the year before. This Bachelor has really reached rock bottom. It's actually one of the funniest shows on TV.

I agree about Condaa. I can't understand why the other players seem to like her. I was so hoping she would go home. I did like how Adrian went out with a bang!

I haven't been watching the show this season. But it sounds like they are trying to make their show like so many other trash reality shows.

There are some out there that although I don't watch them, the commercials for them are horrendous. Do girls really act that way? Do people really act that way? I have seen the commercials for Jersey city or whatever it is, and all the dumb ass shows on mtv, it scares me to death to think that's really, truly how the next generation thinks and acts. We are in big trouble!
Too bad, biggest loser was always a positive decent show to watch.

This is why I never watch reality shows. I like old movies (Turner Classic Movies) and old TV shows (TVLand). I'd rather watch a re-run of a movie I enjoy than all this "fake" drama.
