Boy, oh, boy, don't you think that Kelly's body was so different from when they left the ranch? Ali and Roger looked the same as when they left the ranch, just lighter, but Kelly's body really transformed! She looked Great!
Interesting that Kelly and Ali both lost more % during their time at home, than Rog did. I thought for sure that if Rog was in the last 3, that he would win. But... when Ali got on the scale and was told that she needed to lose 105 lbs to be the winner, I knew she had it, because she had lost 99 lbs during the show. wow! They looked great!
And Brittany, she was HOT! lol I can't believe that she lost only (only ha!) 67 or 64 lbs, viewing her before and after, it looked like a whole lot more!

I am so happy Ali won! She set a goal for herself and never let is go.
Kelly really changed, especially her outlook on life. I was happy to see that but just wish she would quit referring herself to a girl.
I was also very glad Bernie won......he worked hard, too.

the fiber one w/ honey clusters can be made into muffins, that even to my gourmet baking tastes were good lol. my DH has diverticulitus and needs to eat a ton of extra fiber (it's hard enought to get in the recomended amount i think lol) so we make lots of recipes w/ extra fiber. i think he found recipes at the fiber one website... ~ liz

Yes, All those guys are getting so arrogant, esp Dan! They've won by luck a few times, but they act like no one can touch them! Even when he fell below the yellow line, Dan had his plan all thought out about how his team would save him-HA I'm surprised he only lost a pound though? Really proud of the women! Both big numbers! I'm surprised that neither thought to team up at the "arena" challenge. I guess I'm so competitive, I'm always thinking about that. Yes those "commercials" are annoying!!

I was glad she won. ALL of the contestants did very well, in my opinion. My only complaint about the finale is that they wait until the very last second to announce the winner, and then there's not even a couple of minutes for them to let that winner speak, etc. Vannie, you say you slept thru the ending? I always set the recorder to tape it while I watch, because I've been known to do that. I looked at the clock at 9:58 pm eastern....(YES, only two minutes left)...and dozed off till 10:01 !!!! I was sooo glad to have it taped. Shirley

Yes, Allison announced that he was too ill to travel. Seems he's been battling illnesses since being off the show.
