Would you like to help me pick a backsplash?

My cabinets are getting stained this week. We're hoping for demo next week. Like most of us the backsplash is giving me conniptions. The pictures are all clickable.

The particulars:

Knotty Alder, raised panel square, Minwax early american stain. (very similar to this)

Yellow Jaguar Granite (prefab)

A not so great picture of the Peninsula:

I'd like to keep the backsplash simple. Not a lot of color variation. Texture or size variation is ok. I'm open to glass, ceramic, porcelain. My only list of don't wants is tumbled stone.

Here are some of my thoughts right now.

Daltile Concrete Connection in Steel structure in either the 6x6 or even all in the small brick interlocking border.

Daltile Cristallo glass in Smoky Topaz. All 4 x4, no borders or liners. It's the middle one in this pic. It's actually a little more brown/caramel than it looks here.

Tilecrest Bellissima ceramic in either the Sea pearl (gray, middle top row) or maybe Cashmere (tan, center bottom row), this would be either a 3x6 subway, or the 6x6.

My range and hood are stainless.

Fridge, DW and compactor are white.

Paint is undecided yet.

Floor is Quickstep laminate, rustic hickory.
