Can write frontwards with both hands, and backwards with my left.

I was so bored in high school biology, that I used to take all my notes with my left hand, just to keep myself awake. Got pretty proficient at writing with the 'wrong' hand and it's apparently a skill you never lose.

I am right-handed, and cannot write lefty too well.

But I am fairly proficient at printing upside-down.

I used to teach kinderarten, and would sometimes sit across from my students and teach them proper letter formation.

I can write, and do most things, with either hand.
Several years ago I had two surgeries to reconstruct my thumb on my right hand.
It was in a cast for many weeks then in a brace. I learned to do everything with my left hand.
Not being able to use your thumb is very hard.
Try brushing your teeth or hair without using your thumb to hold things! LOL

Am not ambidextrous at all.
If I try writing with my left, you can't read a word of it. LOL

I can write legibly with my left hand, but not for a long period. Because my left side muscles aren't accustomed to writing, they get tired quickly.

BUT, I CAN write regular AND mirror image with that hand (printing and cursive!).

I can, but it's not pretty all the time. However, when I write with my left hand (weaker one) it's legible. As a teacher, I write with both frequently so I don't block the board when kids are taking notes. My grandpa is ambidextrous , dad is left handed, mom is right handed. When I was a little kid, my grandparents got new carpet in their house. My grandpa would sit on the floor with me and "draw" in the carpet with his fingers. Once, he drew Kermit the Frog with both hands identically. He's 91 and still living alone. Amazing man!!

Yes. Though I am right handed normally, I do a lot of things lefthanded or backwards or oddly because my mother and grandfather were left handed, and I learned a lot of things from them.

I learned how to write with the opposite hand, summer before last, when I broke my wrist. Was not ligible!

Very strongly righty! My mother and sister are left handed, as are 2 of my sister's three children. My best friend Sue is ambidextrous. And her signature looks EXACTLY the same whether she uses her right or left hand.

I am totally right handed...can't write anything with my left hand...at least nothing that anyone could read.

I haven't tried writing with my left hand, but I use my left hand as much as my right. I can cut equally well with either hand. When I was a small child, I had two very had injuries to my right hand, at an age when I was learning to do things for myself. So, I learned to do everything with my left hand and I still use it as much or more than my right hand.

Sure I can, but you won't be able to read what I write using my left hand. :)

I'm a lefty but, can do many things with either hand. Writing is not one of them though.
I do eat right handed because it was such a pain knocking elbows when I ate left handed that I just decided to switch when I was a teenager.

I am left handed, but I can write with the right in a pinch. I actually write the best and easiest from right to left on the page - my brother is a lefty also, when we were in high school we used to write essays from right to left and almost always got high marks just for the ingenuity of it - the teacher would have to hold the paper to a mirror to read it.
My Mother always said that I was right handed when I was born, but my older brother put the crayon in the left and after a while I just followed him...

Both. I am right handed with several lefties in the family. I had one grandparent on each side the would have been left handed if the teachers would have let them, they did everything else left handed. One great aunt was left handed, so much so, they couldn't make her go right. DS is left handed. I taught myself to write left handed in sixth grade. It is still legible, but right is better. I do lots of things left handed, but find brushing my teeth almost impossible to do left handed.
