Well, I talked to her last night...she knew something was wrong and asked me to tell her...I didn't feel comfortable because i'm not sure how to make sense of all this but i did anyways...I blew her mind...she didn't expect me to say these things...I told her it wasn't only about you that I left this about everything in my life...she is not doing well, and I expected that. She says she loves me and doesn't want to loose me. I don't hate her...I still love her...but these things in my head...questioning my choices in life, am i happy, do i want to stay with her...I even had a feeling of wanting to pack up and leave my life and go across the world to "start over" and get away from everything...there's so much doubt in my mind...as for the aussie girl...about 2 weeks ago she made it clear that there is nothing that can happen between us...we're on different pages...and I agree...so now we're just friends...which i'm fine with...I thought that this was the reason I felt these things but they haven't gone away and now my thoughts don't even include aussie girl..I booked some time with my doctor in a few hours, I need to talk to her...my wife agrees I need to figure this out and that I need to decide what my feelings are so she can move on...which is what I want to do...also she has no problems with waiting (not forever) on kids..no point in dragging this on...I really need to sort this out for her and myself... i'll keep you all posted.....TYVM for the advise and points of view..you've all given me a lot of think about...

g'day annie, osunds like a mouse related problem as you said this mouse does the same thing on another computer. yes could be that the mouse needs a clean if it is an optical mouse they can get a bit finacky the best help i got was to buy a mouse pad the one with the shark skin type appearance and with no patterns on it just plain colour that fixed a lot of my problems and cleaning fixed it a bit more. i also find my mouse wants to do odd things if i end up with malware onboard so i run my anti-spyware often. the other program i use, and i have win98, is (regclean) not sure if xp has similar program but there is bound to be one out ther somewhere, do a google for free download for a registry cleaner for xp. also could help to reinstall the mouse drivers or check to see if there are any conflicts concerning the mouse, don't know if you access the usenet (news groups)? but this is a good question for the (aus.computers) crowd they usually provide good help. also are you up to date with your (critical updates) from m$? also so maybe reload xp to refresh it might be the go? do your housekeeping as well i find all this sort of stuff helps keep things running fairly well. keep us updated we all learn from these problems, but for me my next box will be run by other than m$ o/s's i reckon just about had enough of the unreliability and shakyness of their stuff. len

I think it is wise to be cautious like you. Better to ask than to just send it in without knowing why or find out a better way to get the info to the title co. Some of my sellers like to hand deliver the info. The title co will understand why you want to encrypt the email if you go in this direction. They are safety aware too..or should be aware:)

It's curious that they are selling everything as a package. I wonder if that was stipulated in a will... I think with the ease of access to online auction sites, all the contents could be sold piecemeal and there would be a much better chance of selling the house. I mean, there must be a market for white grand pianos. And there are some lovely things that would be stunning as the lone focal point in a beautifully appointed room. But taken as a whole, I don't know who would be willing to take it on. However the media coverage indicates that it is a local icon, so maybe they are hoping that someone will want to preserve it as a museum?
