I liked the guys from KY!! You can tell they are honest hard working men who have never been given anything in their lives.. I know they wont win but it will be fun to watch them.
Couldn't believe the team the team that got eliminated. That was just way too weird.
One thing about that challenge that we noticed, was all the flies. They were everywhere on the food.

First off - the show was 20min. late because of golf. Why don't they try and fix this! The Walking Dead came on at 9pm and I didn't feel like waiting until 11pm. to watch the repeat; so I turned TAR off. I don't know, I'm not feeling The Race this season and it's only been one episode. Can't believe I'm even saying this but I may not even watch it this time. Maybe the last couple episodes for the excitement.

But then The Walking Dead was just as annoying with so many commercial breaks that I didn't enjoy that so much either.

Susan...my thoughts EXACTLY about the flies, washing hands and what will they do with them after they were finished? I hope they tossed them...soooo may flies and I did not see anyone wash their hands. Yuck!

A couple teams I can't stand off the beginning like most of the second leg which flew a later flight. I like the guy twins and Brendon and Rachael. I watched them twice in BB and even though she whines, I like her. Don't underestimate her, she won BB and they met there and got engaged. He's going for his PHD. The sisters who lost were just dumb. They goofed up the whole way but would have won if they glanced to the right where Phil was standing. Poor playing. Do not like the country boys. Loud and obnoxious.

I kept wondering how many flies made it into those empanadas and the comment about the "Empanada Nazi" was funny.

I liked the guys from KY too, but each challenge including sitting in the back seat of the car made him sick. I hope his team mate can talk him though it.

I wouldn't have minded trying one of each kind of the empanadas, but ones made in a sanitary fashion, please.

I'm with the rest of you in that I couldn't believe the girls didn't see Phil.

No one stands out yet that I greatly like or dislike. I just don't understand how anyone can come into this game and not know how to drive stick, or swim, or is terrified of heights, or can't run..........you name it.

I thought the same thing about the empanadas(clean hands?). :0) I've purchased them before. The translation was, meat pie. :0) Earlier, before reading this post, I googled the recipe for empanadas and am making them tonight! They're baked. The shell is like a pie crust.

My daughter and her friend tried out. You need a gimmick. I think they went as soccer players and soccer moms.

Brandon always touts his own intelligence and how he is working on his PhD but he showed major ignorance in his comments about the Border Patrol. It was disgusting and rude, totally uncalled for.

I was rooting for them but that is not happening, so I don't have a favorite yet.

I think they were just starting the empanada making and Brandon said "I'm half Mexican so I already hate those Border Patrol guys" or something like that. His partner shushed him, good for her. What a stupid thing to say.
