Can someome help me?

For some reason I can no longer go BACK or AHEAD on the computer. I have to go way back and start over.I use to be able to hit the ARROWS but they are no longer there(Does that make sense-what I am saying?) Anyway can some of you good people help me?Thanks in advance for taking the time and sharing your expertise. As you have probably surmised , I m not very computer savvy.

Such as right now -it says use your browser back button but I don't have one so I will submit as it is.

To go back without using the back button, you can try using the Backspace key. That should work. I'm not sure I understand the problem, though. How are you managing to go "all the way back"?

Do you mean that your tool bar at the top of the page disappeared? Do you have a tool bar that has "View" on it as an option? If so, click on "View", then "Toolbars", then "Navigation." Your tool bar with the back and forward arrows should show up.

The more bumps, roof lines etc the more expensive. The cheapest to build is a box, so the closer to a box your footprint is the cheapest, therefore I would say the farmhouse would be more to build. I noticed the laundry was upstairs in the farmhouse also, will this be a home you live in when you are older? If so you may want main floor laundry. I do like that the dining room is part of the kitchen, never had any use for a seperate formal dining room myself. In #56 the master bath seems odd for some reason, and a long way to walk to get a quick change of clothes, I would probably put a sliding door to one of the closets from the bedroom. Laundry does seem ackward here because its not a straight shot or even semi straight from your bedroom to it, where all your clothes and towels will originate. I love the front porch and overall look of the house though. The William one has some good things, the sun/kitchen nook is large enough to be a dining area on its own, allowing you to re-purpose the official dining area and use it as a library/den, etc. You could even make the kitchen larger: taking away space from that dining room, and use the smaller new room as a office/workout room etc If you added 4 extra feet to the bottom of the kitchen, the remaining "dining" room would still be more than large enough for office/workout space. That is still larger than bedrooms I have seen in smaller houses! It has lots of storage and a great porch. And everything you need as you get older is all located on the main floor. You don't mention kids so I haven't really taken them into consideration much, but he farmhouse does have a nice activity/playroom on the 2nd floor, and the William one has the bedrooms spaced a little apart which could potentially avoid some sibliling conflicts, plus that huge future room as they get older and want friends over or a media room. For me I would narrow it further to the farmouse or William. And probably lean more toward the william one because its squareish, seems to have more useable space, and potential with just a few changes.

try right clicking up where your toolbar with the back button used to be. In my firefox a box opens up when I right click up there, with tool bar and other options to "check".

What browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Firefox? Other? It should be a simple fix once you post what you are using.

Grams, if you haven't already, reboot your computer. That often fixes a number of weird problems.

Thank you all for your advice but-I think that what I have done is lost a tool bar as some one mentioned -but Where? I am using foxfire. When I go into view and then toolbar I do not have navigation. I have options and when I click that I get a large screen with many options on it.one of them being-the back and forward arrows. But when I click them nothing happens?Yes I click the ok button too.

You can navigate "back" by pressing down the Alt key and while it's down press the cursor key that has the arrow pointing to the left. To navigate forward, press down the Alt key and while it's down press the cursor key that has the arrow pointing to the right.

grams, If you are seeing OPTIONS,I believe you are clicking on TOOLS, not VIEW.

C;lick on VIEW, and you will see the word TOOLBARS. Click on that and you will see NAVIGATION. There are others you can check or uncheck just to see if you want them.

No I AM clicking on view but my mistake it said customize after hitting view. For an example of my problem. I have been searching for a recipe I click on a recipe and then when I want to go back and check another , I have to go way back and type in the recipe I am searching for ,I use to be able to hit a back arrow on the tool bar.

Hitting the Backspace key takes me to the previous page.

I use it all the time, instead of the Alt and left hand arrow, or the arrow at the top, on the toolbar.

Try clicking on the the box with the squares that is in the top right-hand corner of your page. It's just to the left of the red box with the white x.

Grams, If you click on VIEW, the first thing on the list is TOOLBARS. Click on that. You will see a list. NAVIGATION is the second one the list. Click on it.

Don't go to the bottom of the list where CUSTOMIZE is.

the reason nothing happened when you went to customize is because the items in that selection area like the forward and back arrows must be dragged and dropped onto the toolbar just clicking on them does nothing.

If you are not able to get it back by going to view> toolbars> navigation and check that one then you may try this
Shut down firefox then go to Start at the bottom >all programs> find mozilla firefox in the list> click that and select firefox safe mode> put a check at reset toolbars and controls> click on make the changes and restart firefox.
That should put them all back to how they originally were.

I find only mozilla thnderbird in the ALL PROGRAMS. altho my desk icon says mozilla firefox. Also when I hit view three things are on the list Mail toolbar
quick filter Crtl F
Customize.
Thank you all for being so patient and helpful I am not very computer savvy as you have probably guessed

Yeah I did. It has been this way for a couple weeks and I shut it off every night.

Thank all of you good people for being so helpful.Apparently a tool bar was hidden so I held down ALT and it came up than I hit view and navigator. It is good to have it working again.
We are having a full blown blizzard-good nite for soup so broccoli soup it is. Again thank you
