Nancy...your pie crust!

I finally got around (got the courage, actually....) to try making pie crust from scratch. Your Fool Proof Pie Dough" recipe has been front and center in my mind to try ever since I watched you make apple pie at PFPP.

Well, I made it last night and it is so flaky! Wonderful! I made it for a spinach & red pepper quiche so I reduced the amount of sugar. Although it was moist and very easy to roll, I still need some practice rolling and getting it tt look nice in the pan, but that will come with pracitce!

Thanks so much! I am no longer pastry challenged!
