Not if it has been refrigerated....several times when on vacation someone had caught a huge fish of one sort or another. Usually I flaked up the leftovers the next day and added a bit of cocktail sauce and we ate it as a snackw ith crackers.
If you are heating it, go slowly....fish can get tough when overheated....but that would be rarer with soemthning like sole than say striped bass.

Have a couple beers first then nuke it in the microwave. Soak it down with vinegar or your favorite sauce and it will be edible. Not a special candlelight type dinner but it makes dinner. You could go out for ice cream after or crack another beer and sleep in a chair for a while.

Reminds me this is cod day at the grocery store.

Rather than reheat it, I would probably make a sandwich with it. Mound half a lightly toasted roll with cold slaw. On the other half of roll, place the fish, covered with a slice of cheese. Put the fish and cheese half under the broiler or in a toaster oven just to melt the cheese. Assemble and munch!

Or, bring the fish to room temp (so the butter won't be yucky), and serve in a sandwich with sliced tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers and shredded ice burg lettuce...mayo or salad dressing.

Alternately, if you're a salad sort, make a nice bed of greens and a citrus vinaigrette. Let the fish come to room temp, serve it on top of the greens.

If you are going to reheat it, the best way is to steam it. Because sole is so flakey, you will probably have to put some aluminum foil under it. I generally make a salad with leftover fish, but then I usually have leftover salmon instead of sole. With salmon, I just add tartar sauce and chopped green onion, and perhaps some tomato.
