Good riddance I say! I wish they'd vote him off Survivor soon, he is so annoying and full of himself.

Geez, what a glassbowl he is! It hit me last night, watching him, he fancies himself the new Steven Seagal, I think. Ick, ick, ick, I can barely stand the old one! lol

That article just proves what we were thinking about him, Casey- he is full of himself, conceited and a blow-hard. And what a lousy excuse for a coach, the school did themselves a favor letting him go, that's for sure!

And not to make a pun, but he has cancer on the brain, alrighty. He was using cancer as an excuse to leave his job, and then last night he was flinging that word around to get rid of the one person on his tribe who wasn't falling for his BS. Did you see him trying to lick Candace's face? OMG, I nearly curled up and retched, that was so gross! She should have pushed him on his pathetic butt and stalked off, what a creep!

I just about died laughing when he went to tribal council, the way he had his jacket over one shoulder, he even carried it like that when he went to vote! What a tool.

Is this a "roommate" or someone you have a relationship with? Why would you feel you have to 'cover him' and pay his rent? Is his name on the lease? Can you just ask him to move out and find yourself a new roommate? If you decide to break your lease and move, it will be expensive to do so, and you will still have to find another place to live, which may not be any cheaper. You say he can afford the next two months rent. There is a good chance that if he is focused and diligent, he will find another job. You may be "jumping the gun" on this. Or maybe you know he is a slacker and you want to nip the problem in the bud and make your exit plan now. Foresight is a good thing. Sit your roommate down and have a talk to see what his plans are and if they are realistic. If there is going to be a problem then talk to your landlord and see if they are amicable to breaking the lease. If the place can be rented with no gap, you may not be out any money if the place is also left clean, and in good condition. Re-read your lease for any clauses regarding early termination. The best be might be to just find a new roommate though. I never heard of having to 'pay a fine' when a lease is broken. I know of know such law anywhere. "Im from colorado, heard that...." What you have to do is research the facts. You have access to the Internet obviously, so you need to look up tenant/landlord laws for your community. It appears that a certain "renovator" is very quick to offer a wealth of picayune knowledge, yet nothing is cited so that one may ascertain the validity of such claims. Self-closing hinges are absolutely necessary for a garage man door. Call the Elyria building department and the inspector will tell you that the project will be turned down if those hinges are not installed. Any reputable contractor knows how difficult it can be to navigate through the code books; as many sections will refer to other sections, or even different code books. Furthermore, many municipalities have adopted their own set of rules that are above and beyond that of the Ohio code; in which case, the contractor must abide to that code. I would be wary, not of your contractor, rather a disputative "renovator" that makes claims that a CO2 detector is a good defense against fire. Even more, to make claims as to what the code says, yet offer no citation for reference. It sounds as if your contractor is a commercial contractor and following commercial codes, rather than residential.

"If they get approved for the loan those far more educated and experienced in evaluating finances will have made the decision." The problem with those far more educated and experienced... is that the risks to them are spread out and will likely have little impact on their day to day lives. The person who locks themselves into a loan (or situation) that they cannot handle, is likely to suffer much more. I agree that a 50% down payment is wonderful and if you were talking about somebody who knew what they wanted out of life and had demonstrated the means of getting it, the risk would be lessened. However, somebody who is still in the midst of trying to figure things out and whose income potential is limited, even a 50% down payment is not optimal.

Oh, he's so stuck on himself it isn't even funny. Don't these people learn anything from watching past seasons? I have a real hard time understanding how guys like him ever snag a girlfriend. Can't they all see through him?

I agree with you all but...if I am not mistaken....they are not allowed to tell anyone that they have applied or been accepted for the show.....

He is really a jerk though...and someone should tell him to cut the dam hair.

I'm just wondering if he appears on Survivor long enough for his hair color to wear off. It doesn't look natural to me... :)

I think we're going to be stuck with him for a while, I just read on CBS that he lost 45 pounds. You don't do that by getting voted off early, darn it. Although, there is mention of him using a cane. (Another affected prop? Like the jacket?) Maybe he gets hurt. I don't know, but I do know- he's not nearly as good looking as he seems to think he is. I don't think Hollywood is going to embrace "Maestro" as much as he hopes.

And he's also quoted as saying he never lies. Uh, huh. Lied last night to a bunch of peeps, didn't he?

I think he's worse than Ace. At least Ace had a bit of charm. "Coach" is just a misogynistic creepy ace-hole. I hope he will be gone soon, but it doesn't seem that way. I need to get him and his Steven Segall hair off my TV!
