Anyone use SW muslin for walls??

A week has gone by and I can't make a paint color decision for my master bedroom so I'm going to try an exrememely neutral paint color SW Muslin today. I look forward to anyone's opinion of SW muslin. I'm thinking I'll paint the ceiling and walls all muslin until I have a new bedspread and then consider a color. Guess this way I won't feel like I made a mistake!! too gold, too orange, too brown, sagey...etc My color choice would be a vibrant green to compliment oak and cherry woods, but that would not match my current bedding.

I have SW Muslin as a trim color in my MBR & bath. It is as neutral as it gets! Creamy white. The walls are SW Ecru. Greener than I expected.

A friend of mine just built a lovely new home and used Muslin throughout. It is too 'safe' for me, but it did turn out to be a nice creamy pale pale golden tan. It does have an almost imperceptible green undertone.

Me! ME! My friend has Quietude in her library. It is one of the most soothing, beautiful colors. She paired it with a dark leather sofa, white trim and then painted the back of her bookcases Spice from Devine paints. It is a goregous room..of which I have no pictures to share :( In my experience it reads much less vibrant then the pics posted here. Maybe lighting difference. The painters are painting my master bed & bath Quietude next week...

I just checked my stored mail and found that I ordered the sample from American Blinds and Wallpaper. Still have it and it measures about 20"x17". That was way back in March of last year and brought back all the "fun" memories of building a new house at the top of the market at the same time I was selling our old one at the bottom. Yeesh! All worked out though and I sold it without a realtor. But man, I wouldn't want to go through that again. BTW, I have an blank powder room just screaming for some paper.....

I wouldn’t do a tan ceiling in a North facing room. Thinking extra white may be too white? Found this photo. Sherwin-Williams paint colors in Moody Blue (SW 6221); Aqua-Sphere (SW 7613); and Cotton White (SW 7104)
