At $16.99 they are about $12.22 per yard. The advantage is the variety of fabrics, no waste,and time. Disadvantage is limited choice of patterns that they are used in and with added postage they are a little expensive. I have never ordered from them but the fabric choices seem pleasant and useful. Tempting but would like to beable to have the same fabrics in different size pkgs.

Hi artlover. I love reading this forum but rarely have anything to contribute. Your post caught my eye as I recently spent weeks looking for an online source for fabric to reupholster my dining room chairs (I tend to analyze things to death:). I didn't want to spend a fortune as this would be my first project of this type. I can heartily recommend the place I used - barnfabriccenter dot com. They have great sales and shipping was very quick. I ended up with a very nice upholstery fabric for $4.95/yard! And the project turned out great if I do say so. Good luck in your search. ~Betsy

We're originally from Rochester, but I'm actually down in Binghamton now. DS1 attended the Knighthawks lacrosse camp in Brighton last week. We stayed with the in-laws for the week, bookended with weekends up at the cottage. I try to get over to the ReHouse whenever we're in Rochester.
