Cable or track doable here?

I have a small 5 X 8 bathroom, without a ceiling fixture. The building won't let me channel into the ceiling. I was thinking of cable, but I was told it would corrode in the damp environment. Are there any track systems where it can run dropped from the ceiling and wall to wall. It would need to get it's power from one of the ends. Does that exist?

Two sconces just isn't enough light. I have a wall to wall vanity on one wall, and the bath 4 feet away on the opposite wall, and the toilet in the middle. Really stumped to how to light this bathroom.

Also, I'm curious about something. If a fixture is rated for lets say 60 watts, can you use a 100 watt equivalent fluorescent bulb as it's less than 60 watts? They throw less heat, and use less wattage. Anyone know?
