Haven't tried this yet, but tonight's the night! I have another white chicken pizza recipe I haven't tried, so I may take things from both recipes and see what happens. CHICKEN RANCH PIZZA (Fake Ginger) 1 pizza crust, homemade or store-bought For the sauce: 2/3 cup Ranch dressing 2 cloves garlic, minced For the toppings: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced thinly 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced Preheat the oven to 425F. Butter or grease a 16-inch round pizza pan. Stretch pizza dough to fit pan. (I use a 10x15" sided cookie sheet.) In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and minced garlic. Spread the sauce mixture over the crust. In a medium bowl, toss together the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Spread about half of the cheese mixture over the sauce. Evenly spread the chicken, tomatoes, and green onions over the pizza. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes. Check pizza after 10 minutes, and continue to check every few minutes until top is browned and cheese is bubbly. Remove pizza from oven, allow to cool slightly, and slice.

Sauerkraut Balls 8 slices bacon ý cup finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minces -----we leave this out 1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut drained ý cup mashed potatoes 1 Tablespoon parsley 1 ý cup finely crushed corn flakes 2 eggs beaten Oil Fry bacon in large skillet crisp, drain &n crumble. Pour off all but 2 T. fat. Add onions & garlic to fat in skillet. Cook & stir until onion is tender. Remove from heat, stir in bacon, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes & parsley. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto waxed paper lined baking sheet. Gently form ball shapes. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap, refrigerate until firm or overnight. Dip sauerkraut balls in eggs. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Heat oil to 375ð, fry until golden brown about ý minute. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Can be fried 24 hours in advance & reheat in 400ð oven about 10 minutes. We fry, cool, and freeze. This is my MIL's recipe for Sauerkraut Balls. We don't put the garlic in them. The Cheesy Bacon Chicken Tater Tot Bake is in the crockpot, smaller version, and with frozen hash browns instead of tater tots. The convenience store was out of tater tots. Note: My 3 quart crock pot is full to the top with only 2 chicken breasts, and not all of the cheese. We will be eating at 8:00! Oh well, I will be snacking in the mean time! Tami

Tin Pin Burger 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 onions, thinly sliced 1 to 1-1/4 pounds ground beef 1/4 cup ranch dressing 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 4 slices jalapeno cheese 1 large tomato, sliced Instructions 1.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, and saute 12 to 15 minutes, or until browned. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside. 2.Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 3.In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, ranch dressing, crushed tortilla chips, salt, and pepper; mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal amounts and make 4 patties. Grill patties 8 to 12 minutes, or until juices run clear, turning them over halfway through cooking. 4.Place a slice of jalapeno cheese on each burger 2 minutes before removing burgers from grill. When cheese is melted, remove burgers from grill, top each with a tomato slice and sauteed onions

I love the Auntie Ann soft pretzels and always treat myself to one when I find them. Here is a copy cat recipe for them. Auntie Anne's Pretzels: Copycat Recipe Makes 12 Adapted from Food Network 2 cups milk 1 1/2 tablespoons (2 packets) active dry yeast 6 tablespoons brown sugar 4 tablespoons butter, melted 4 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons fine salt 1/3 cup baking soda 3 cups warm water Coarse salt 8 tablespoons butter, melted in a shallow dish Warm up the milk in the microwave or on the stove for just about one and a half minutes. It should be about 110�. If it's too hot it will kill the yeast. You should be able to comfortably keep your finger in it. Stir in the yeast and let it sit for about 3 minutes. Add the butter and sugar. Add the flour about 1 cup at a time and the add the fine salt. Kneed for about 10 minutes with a stand mixer, or by hand. Put it in a greased bowl and cover with greased cling wrap. Let rise for 1 hour in a moist, warm place until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 450�. Divide dough into 12 lumps (I like to divide it in half, then divide each half into three, and then divide each remaining one in half again). Roll them all out as thin as you can. Combine the warm water and baking soda in a wide bowl. Form the dough into pretzel shapes, then dip in the baking soda water. Place on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake for about 7-11 minutes or until browned. Serve with cheese sauce. For Garlic Cheese Sauce: (A Yammie original) 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 3 cloves minced garlic 1 cup milk 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika a pinch cayenne pepper 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (Not pre-shredded. Do it yourself.) In a saucepan, combine the butter, flour, and garlic over medium heat. Whisk until lightly browned. Whisk in the milk, paprika, and cayenne pepper and continue whisking until thickened. Add the cheese and whisk until melted. Can be reheated in the microwave.
