Help me make this work for my backsplash-pics

I really like these-all from J. Court-saw them today at our local tile store and fell in love. My granite is very dramatic/busy-lapidus gold. Cabinets-medium stained oak.

First from chapter 10-casual elements khaki IRL golden ivory-picks up a background color in the granite-comes in 6 x 6.

Next from chapter 9-pietra opus multi color polished-comes in 12 x 12 sheet

Last from speciality collection-ledger stone-Colorado-comes in 6 x 24 panels

My thinking is to do the Colorado ledger stone as a large panel behind the stove up to the hood. On each side of the ledger stone wall would be the khaki. On the sink wall and the ref. wall would also be the khaki. Interspersed with the khaki would be random 6 x 6 squares of the multi color polished. This is what the designer at the showroom came up with to go with the sample of my granite that I had with me. This is my granite.

The granite goes well with the J.Court selections I listed. The granite is warm and so are the J.Court selections.

Appliances will be stainless.

What do you think?? Can I make this work or not?? Should I not try to do all three and maybe just do two of them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. TIA.
