I recently bought some "instant" yeast--the kind that comes in the 1 lb packages since it was a really good deal over the little jars in the supermarket.

What I'd like to know is the amount you use equivalent to the amount you'd use out of the jar? I use a bread machine, so I'd want to know if there was a conversion or I could just substitute 2 tsp of this instant stuff for the jar stuff.
