Yeah, I saw that, Didn't the guy win a Million? I was sure the biggest card sending holiday was Mother's day, instead of Christmas, so I would have lost!!

Yes, he won the million, and I would have lost it, too. I was sure it was Mother's Day! They mentioned Hallmark, and I figured more people send Hallmark cards on Mother's Day than Christmas. I felt so bad for him, losing the $250,000. And then he didn't!

The previous contestant (the blonde who lost all her money on the Prime Number question) looked astonished, too. They showed her face when he picked Christmas, and you could tell she thought he was wrong.

He seemed like such a nice kid. And now he won't be a geek without a girlfriend for long! Let's just hope he can weed out the ones wanting to take advantage of him.

I thought the Geek blew it on the Card deal. I was surprised it was Christmas, too. Because, of all the Valentines kids give out in class. But, I guess they meant Cards sent in the mail.

Not a regular viewer and won't be. I'm glad I saw it last night but I was disappointed in some of the vulgarities on the show and double meanings. Isn't this supposed to be a sort of family show? I mean a question about Larry Craig and where he was arrested?
I too thought it was Mother's Day and kind of remember Hallmark saying that at one time.

I detest the host. I started watching last night, and after about 10 minutes, I turned to something else. I did happen to turn it back for the last few minutes. Glad I got to see the young man win the million. I'm also glad that I have the 'power' to switch channels.

My answer was Mother's Day, then I remembered that it's M.Day that has the most PHONE calls, not cards.

Well I figured for sure that the 1 versus 100 show is definitely fixed now!!!!!!!! I figure that they wanted someone to win for the first game of the season. I remember the other show (can't remember the name but they pulled up light things) also had the big winner on that first show premier as well.

I can't begin to believe that every woman left on the panel wouldn't know that Christmas is the biggest day for sending out cards. HELLO????? How many Christmas cards did you send out this year - I know I sent more than most with over 150 sent out but I can guarantee that most people only have 2 mothers. Sheesh!

They didn't say they had to be Hallmark cards.

I'm old enough to remember the HUGE scandal when it was discovered that The $64,000 Question was fixed. It's hard to imagine they'd take a chance on rigging a show to that extent today. Unless no one cares anymore, which is always a possibility.

I love that show and it's even better with the new scoring system.
