Here is one swatch that I found at a local fabric shop. The green is more vivid in person. I like the price of this--only $7.00 a yard. I think it also has a toile look to it.

So cute! I have this exact set for my dd only in sage green. We painted her bedroom walls a pale lavendar and brought in more creams, sages and lavendar accessories.

Is the background on that bedding a pale green? I am having a hard time seeing it on my monitor. It would be really cute to add some little pom pom trim to the curtains and bedskirt. Good luck! I think it's very sweet as it is!

The background is cream, no green anywhere. I agree with the pom pom trim, so much so that I purchased 55 yards on E-bay. Just waiting for it to get here.

The truth is that you do not use the crib set for all that long. My kiddos were into twin beds by the time they were 18 months and a year! LOL They didn't like being confined in the crib. Unless you wash the stuff to death (I know it will need washed but it's HOW you wash it), it will last for the time you need it to, even if your kids stay in the crib longer than mine.

I didn't buy a whole set either time. I mixed and matched items from different stores and sets to get the look I wanted. That way you can add in different colors and designs without being limited. Think out of the box. Come up with a color scheme by using other colors that will compliment the reds in the bedding and go for it!

sweets98--I agree. I purchased a secondhand crib for my daughter. It's sturdy, but very plain. I told my daughter it won't be that long till the baby is in a twin bed. I had three children and they were all out of their beds early--mostly because of space. I've always decorated on a budget and I think my daughter is following in my footsteps. I tell her all the time it's the little details that make the most difference. The rugs, baskets, wall art, etc.--that's what people notice.

It looks cute! I agree with the pp, though-- it won't get used THAT long. I'd start envisioning the room for when the baby gets older, and not get stuck on the crib bedding.

Psst . . .none of my children ever slept in a crib as babies much anyway. They slept with me!

That's an adorable set! Maybe the problem is with the window treatment and skirt not having enough body? I'd give it a good ironing and back it with another piece of cloth adding a ruffled lace to the bottom. Darn if my trim piece didn't slip, but there's one across the bottom of the bag also.

One of RH's Silver Sage collection paints would be beautiful, I think. Here are two along that line. Off to a happy green, a more sagey green, an airy fresh gray, some lilacs, and a beautiful soft yellow/cream. You could do so many colors. Maybe the crib isn't white?
