Next Cooking Toy, Err Tool?

I am thinking about getting another kitchen toy-tool-gadget to play with.

So far, I've thought of these possibilities:

(1) a nice big pressure cooker, one of those imposing ones with screw clamps around the rim and a dial gauge, and some canning supplies.

(2) a vacumn sealer and a temperature controller, the sort that allows a basic rice cooker or electric hotplate be used for sous vide cooking.

(3) a 100,000 BTU jet burner and wok ring, attached to a propane tank, this would be used outside next to the grill. Incidentally, there is no roof over the grill and I live in Portland OR so outdoor cooking is only a seasonal thing.

Which would you get, and why? What do you do with your pressure cooker / canning equipment / sous vide controller / wok burner? For those dishes, what is the advantage of this method? Have you continued to use it much, or is it just a novelty that mostly gathers dust?

And . . .

(4) What alternative kitchen toy would you recommend instead? Rather than list what is and isn't in my kitchen, which would be boring and short, let's say what would you get for yourself, and why?
