Pork Burgers...based loosely on AnnT's blog find

I've got the grill heating. Made homemade buns with barley flour subbed for Whole Wheat in my Honey Wheat Rolls (new experiment). I took 2lbs of ground pork, a very healthy grating of Parm, 4 big cloves of garlic~pressed, salt and pepper, 3 baby onions from the garden, sliced fine and a few glugs of sweet chili sauce.

Mixed it up and formed patties. Got 8 of them.

I've got a pan of cauliflower to get roasting in the oven in a few minutes too. And I'll go grab some spinach and lettuce from the garden as "toppers".

I will try and get some pictures. It's gonna be a rush at serving time. As we have about 15 minutes before we have to be at the ball field. But hubby wants to eat before going.
