~'I Feel Better, Don't You?' says Holly to....

..Digger.

Holly was just what this zoo needed to be complete.

When someone, anyone, is laying down, Holly can't just jump up at your chest and converse.

Oh no.

She has to jump up on the furniture at your feet and walk the entire length of you until she can see your face.

If you tell you to 'get down' she will.

She'll turn around (putting her butt in your face) and walking the entire length of your body to your feet.

Then she jumps off the couch or bed.

Digger is feeling a little puny.

Holly has been chasing a stray carrot around the house for about an hour and just noticed Digger on the couch.

The kind, considerate doggie she is, she immediately abandoned the carrot and jumped on Digger's feet, tromped up the length of her and gave her a lick on the nose.

LOL

I thought when Gabby had her puppies she would lose all patience (and it takes a lot of patience!) with Holly. But as long as Holly stays out of the storeroom, where Gabby and the puppies live, Gabby is quite friendly. Occasionally she gets out of sorts (and Holly has it coming) and gets irate. It took awhile but Holly finally figured out those bared teeth (Gabby's, Ruby's or Tuff's) are NOT a smile.

LOL

Tuffy has no use at all for Holly.

None.

Zilch.

Nada.

And she sulks, a lot.

Her ignore feature has become highly enhanced since Holly moved in too. Have you ever seen a dog fake sleeping?
