I tried it on toenail fungus. It didn't work.

My DD buys all the tea tree stuff from Body Shoppe (I think that's the place) and it has really helped her skin look great.

I've never tried it.

I use it all the time.....it has worked for me on toe nail fungus when I use it twice a day but it takes about six months.
I don't like the smell but it is a good product.

I have used it in a shampoo and conditioner that I buy and I think that it has bade a difference. My scalp was noticably less itchy and sore.

My DH used it on his toes but had no results....One big thing, make sure you don't drop any on the floor, especially if it's carpet...I've used everything and it doesn't come out....

I think its great stuff! Have used it lots with great success,and a bottle lasts quite awhile!
My first bottle never said anything but the second bottle said not to use full strength on your face. I am not sure why, they were both 100% tea tree oil. But yes a friend told me about it and uses it on zits all the time!

My doc recommended it for a nail fungus. Worked ok. I ended up taking meds but the fungus was pretty well established. I found a big difference in price. Trader Joe's was half the price (for the same product / brand) as the health food store.

I used it for toenail fungus....very bad case...and IT DOES work...but it takes a long time, just as the internal meds do...but it's tons cheaper. and no side effects.

My toenails were so thick you could not cut them...they just crumbled...and they slanted sideways. Now they are pink and straight and normal thickness.

I've got some family members and friends to use it too and it has worked for them too.

You just have to keep at it..I used it twice a day. Also took my nail polish off during that time.

I used a Q-Tip to apply it around the cuticle and over the nail itself.

Well actually I use it in the vaporizer when we have a cold or cough, not only does it freshen the house but I think it keeps the virus from spreading. DH uses it for dandruff control in his shampoo and it does work very well.

I use it for a lot of things now I think about it lol. ;o)

If you get a sore throat -- before you go to bed, put a drop or two into a cup of very warm water, then gargle with it. Your throat will feel a lot better in the morning. Repeat every night for a few nights and your sore throat will be gone. Might not even take more than oen night to do it. :-)

At our school, we recommend using the shampoo as it is a lice deterrant They don't like the smell. Rub some oil (lightly) into your hair before heading out to movie theatres (and putting your head against those nasty seats)!

It worked wonders on my toenail fungus. I just kept using it til the fungus was gone.

I buy the shampoo and conditioner. I love it. And yes, I love the smell of it too. I use the oil on zits. I also wash my face with the shampoo and it keeps it healthy looking. I gave a girl at work some of the oil because she gets "cold sores". They clear up well with it.

I put some on my face a last night. My lap cat smelled it and kept wanting to lick it. I wouldn't let him, didn't think it would be safe. He just went nuts when he smelled it.

I love it and I love the smell. At my old job (mental health agency), we had outbreaks of lice and scabies in a couple of our group homes so we loaded shampoos, body washes, and lotions full of it and passed it out to all the staff and residents. It really helped with slowing down the spread of it and getting rid of it. It has many good uses.

I've been using Melaluca soap for years!

I also have a medicated gel (like Neosporin) that has it in it..and Tea Tree Oil straight..

I'm a Tea Tree Oil and Melaluca sniffer. I admit it. I love the stuff.

I love the Shampoo and Conditioner. My allergies clear up in the shower with the smell.

Don't know much about Malaleuca. I know it's a brand of products, right?? In Florida, the Malaleuca tree is something noone wants around. It is the cause of horrific allergies for people.

I'm using a product with tea tree oil now to fight an unusually nasty case of lice we have been fighting since Thanksgiving and it seems to be the only thing that is actually working.

However, I would not say we like the smell.

I love the idea of using it before going to places like movie theaters! Once you have lice, you're all of a sudden hyper-aware of the susceptibility we all have to these nasty buggers.

DH and I ordered an extra set of this stuff and will keep it on hand from now on - I plan to also use it when I go on trips and stay in hotels or fly on planes.

I love tea tree oil as well. I drop a few drops into my body lotion that I put on my legs when they are still wet after my shower.

I used to get dry itchy patches of skin, not big but I hated them. In the past I used to get prescription cream from my doctor but I thought I'd try the oil and see what would happen. Well...they cleared up and my skin looks and feels great!! I love the smell even though it is a bit strong. But it doesn't last long and the benefits are awesome!

I bought a small bottle and used it on my two daughters scalps when they got head lice at school. It worked, and I remember I liked the smell.
