When you have the box on your screen, click on the 'print screen' button (it should be to the right of your F12 key).
This copies your screen shot. Open Microsoft Word or other word processing document and paste image there.
Click View> toolbars > picture toolbar and select 'crop picture. From there you can reduce your screen shot to show the box only and not your screen background.
Hope this is what you wanted to know.

The instructions for XP are the same as for Vista. Just hit the 'prt sc' button. On a regular desktop computer, that button is where your numberic keypad is. On my laptop, I have to hit the "fn" key and the 'prt sc" buttons together. Then just do what Judy says to do.

She knows how to make the screen shot - I think she just needs the actual screen shot from XP, not VISTA for her instructiosn.

What are you trying to upload to? I can get you the screenshot - but I would need to use the same application to get that box.

But I only use the machine once a week so I can't recall for sure what exactly it does look like. LOL!
