Need recipe for chocolate eclairs

Help I could use a T&T recipe for Choux!!

This past weekend I wanted to treat a friend to chocolate eclairs as it is a favorite of hers.

I followed Julia Childs recipe and they didn't rise high enough and then kind of flopped after cooling, so mine ended up looking flat. I used them anyway, but they were UGLY.

I'm wondering if the batter was too loose? I was using farm fresh eggs that ended up being double yolked.

What makes them high and proud looking?

I'd really like to try again today if possible.
