Food travel

I will do my best to NOT make this a promotion/spam kinda thingy.

A travel agency has asked me to put together a series of "Cook's Tours" to various parts of the country.

My first tour, this coming Fall, will be to South Carolina's coast to do "A Cook's Tour -- South Carolina's Low Country Cuisine" (if you've been paying attention to my posts, this has to do with my upcoming cookbok).

I've never done such tours/trips on a formal basis so I'm looking for ANY AND ALL input. Starting with the question, "Is there a good (big enough) audience for this kind of travel package?"

"What does a traveler expect of such a tour/trip?"

"If you've been of a "cook's tour", what was the best part of it?".

And ANY comments whatsoever are welcome.

If this is too much "business", somebody call the forum police and blow me off.

I promise to be nice.

Joe
