What do I need to know about furnaces for new house?

We are building a house and they are at the point where they will be installing the furnace in a week or so. 1st and 2nd floor is already sheetrocked. Basement (which will have living space) is not.

House is about 5000sqft in Syracuse NY (we have snow on the ground already - thank you very much). Insulation is spray foam. Windows are Anderson 400 series.

Walk out basement will have radiant heat in the concrete slab.

Our contract only says that the furnace will be "Rheem, natural gas, high efficiency, 2 zones, sized per code and size of the house."

The house will also have a heat recovery ventilator (hrv).

Given the above info, what questions should I ask? What additional things should I care about? Thanks a lot.
