Dairy labeling

Lately I've noticed a lot of milk, butter and cheese packages touting that their cattle are not given the growth hormone rs..whatever it is. Every time I buy milk I anguish over whether to fork over the bucks to buy organic or to buy the cheap milk. The other day I decided to go with the "O" brand organic milk, but didn't see anything on the label about the cattle not being given hormones or antibiotics. Does anyone know if that's a given with organic milk and cheese, or are those things allowed with organic milk. I'm thinking that the term organic only applies to what they are fed, but hopefully, I'm wrong on that.
