I'm treating myself to a very small steak, a baker, a salad, and lava cake for dessert.

I am not very hungry, so I am drinking a V-8 and later will have a strawberry Greek yogurt. Both of your meals sound really good though.

Headed to Loui's for their awesome greek baked snapper, but Sarris's pulled me in and I had a bonless fried porkchop with white gravy and snaps and peas. Dang good!

Don't know, don't feel like cooking, nothing sounds good right now. We may go out and eat something light.

We are having pot roast, also! It's starting to smell rel good in here. Mine has celery, onions and garlic right now. I'm getting ready to throw in some prunes and butternut squash.

Sue, I love V-8 amd always have it on hand. I use it instead of tomato soup when I make porcupines. I like it in the morning with toast. I've been meaning to ask you, do they still sell salt-rising bread in the groceries in Indiana. I just LOVE that stuff!

Glenda, are you getting ready for your cruise? That pork chop, well your whole lunch really, does sound dang good!!

Kath, ask the kids what sounds good. They'll surely make you hungry for something.

Patti, I have never seen salt rising bread in any stores, so I couldn't tell you.

Georgysmom, Prunes? I have seen recipes that use them, but never tried it. It must be good or you wouldn't make it. You make good stuff!

We had kielbasa and pierogies (served with fried onions and sour cream). All was very tasty.

Nothing healthy here tonight, patti. Instant mashed potatoes, canned ravioli, and cottage cheese.

Tonight I made Mahi Mahi, steamed rice and corn left over from last night.

Well, we ended up at Johnny Carinos in Frankfort. Lauren and I shared an order of calimari and we each got a salad (which we had to take home because their side salads are huge). Sola had a meatball panini (sp?) with pasta on the side. She took most of her's home too. She said it tasted like medicine so not sure why she brought it home. We also had mini desserts, Lauren had tiramasu and Sola had cheesecake. I ate a couple bites of Lauren's but not sure why she loves that stuff so much, not that great in my opinion.

Tonight, we went out to "Cracker Barrel". Had the menu to choose from including the breakfast menu.
