If I had my druthers, and didn't have to worry about fat and calories, I'd prefer fresh cream in the coffee I can no longer drink. Straight-from-the-cow, strained but unrefridgerated would be my first choice. Commercial, extra-heavy whipping cream would be my second.

Of the "coffee creamers," I've only ever used the powdered back when I could both drink coffee and use extras in it. When I have the opportunity to try a coffee with a creamer I'll chose one of the liquid ones and let you know where it ranks for me. It's been several months since I've had a coffee; I think I'm due for one.

I put half and half in mine. I keep Coffee Mate on hand and use it when I get bored with H & H. I hate flavored creamer!

When I drank coffee, I prefered one brand over the others and I still prefer real cream and if you want flavors you can get the ones you can use without cream.

I use rice or almond milk. The ingredients in most coffee creamers are scary, though I did see a "natural" one at the grocery store the other day. It was basically cream and sugar. :)

Slim Plus Fat Free half n half.

It's made from skim milk and unlike other fat free half n half products (Land of Lakes etc.) it doesn't leave a milky residue all over the inside of the coffee cup the way Cremora does. It also doesn't have that artificial taste.

I enjoy the flavored, preferably hazelnut and next French Vanilla.

I prefer Half and Half. At least it comes from cows.

Don't go puttin' nothin' in my coffee!!! Easy to please, low maintenance, low calorie. What more could you want....and I drink a lot of it.

Not a big coffee drinker but when I do have a cup, it's black.

I use the sugar free hazelnut coffee creamer and sometimes French vanilla. I like the flavor and when I use them I don't need to add any sweetener because they have sucralose in them already.

Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream. Not lalways available, sometimes I have to go to another supermarket.

If I use a creamer, Crema Mexicana (mexican table cream- not sour cream!) is my favorite.

Can't justify the daily calories and fat, so I usually drink it black, or sometimes with a little almond milk.

I do not care for the powdered stuff, and I really do to like the flavored creamers.

I drink my coffee black and like the french or italian roasts.

I only drink iced coffees, I absolutely love International Delights Hershey chocolate and caramel, I use crushed ice some of that and add my room temp coffee yummy. I also use (not a creamer) a sugar free chocolate syrup that is used in coffee shops. I use one or the other never both.
I think that the ID chocolate caramel drink taste better than Starbucks mocha frappachino.

Liquid Amaretto flavored creamer from International Delight creamers.
Every morning, coffee made from fresh ground Mocha Java beans, amaretto creamer, topped with extra creamy reddi-whip cream and fresh grated cinnamon.

I like the taste of some of the flavored creamers, but most of them have hydrogenated oils in them, which I avoid. So I occasionally treat myself to a little of the flavored stuff, but usually just stick to half and half.

DH and I prefer real half & half -- the 'ultra-pasteurized' that keeps longer in the fridge.

I used creamer for years, but could never go back to it now. I am spoiled!

I used to drink it black. Then I started adding French vanilla creamer. Recently I started using the Pumpkin Pie Spice and love it. But, alas, I think it's seasonal so prob won't be able to find it next time I go to the store.

And sometimes I add just the regular creamer, that isn't a flavor.

Milk. Plain milk. I cannot stand those artificial products and I don't want flavours in my coffee.

I normally don't use creamer, although sometimes I will add a bit of heavy whipping cream. I did buy some Bailey's (non-alcoholic) creamer a few weeks ago because it sounded good and I had a coupon. A few sips and I felt sick to my stomach. My DD tried it and she didn't like it either although it didn't make her feel ill.

Hate powdered. I use Bailey's now but have used ID and Coffee Mate but prefer Bailey's toffee.

The smell and taste of artificial creamers nauseate me. But I do enjoy adding some dark cocoa powder and cinnamon to the pot before brewing. That's a treat with real cream and a bit of sugar added.

In case you didn't know, liquid creamers are only good for about 2 weeks. I've used them longer though. I buy the ones you don't have to refrigerate in the tiny cups. They last forever and are very good. I love the Almond Joy.

We don't drink coffee anymore, but I have a bottle of liquid Coffee-Mate left from when DSD was here in October. It hasn't been opened and the exp. date isn't until 2/13. I got it out to read the ingredients and could only recognize the first three--water, sugar and partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil. What the rest of the stuff is, is anybody's guess. And she's the one who doesn't eat any processed foods! HA!

Monica -- Thanks for that. We have a Mr. Coffee here in the condo; it's held up pretty well. I grabbed a small can of Melita at Safeway when we arrived, but will be getting Kona beans soon. Gotta find the grinder...

I wish the flavoured ones came completely unsweetened, because I find them all too sweet.

It is hard to get just the plain liquid here, so most times it is either actual cream or non-dairy coffee whitenener powder. I find the no-name and store brands to be less expensive and just as good as the CoffeeMate brand.

I agree with the hydrogenated oils, so I would rather use real cream. I can deal with saturated fat LOL!

I am not sure how the powder stacks up cost/serving wise, but I know a bottle of powder lasts a heck of a lot longer than a bottle of creamer or cream.

Skim milk for me. All those creamers, sweetened, flavored or otherwise are just chemicals and I try not to use them.

Ick! I have to admit during the holidays I might enjoy a small bottle of the Eggnog creamer, but it's a guilty pleasure I don't endulge during the rest of the year. That stuff is just full of bad things.

Normally I use the Shamrock Farms fat free French Vanilla half and half. At work I drink it black because I won't use the artificial creamers.
