Advice on HVAC replacement price quotes

Hello,

First time posting here, looking to get some feedback on some quotes I received to replace my furnace and central A/C in the Chicago area. Replacing original system that was installed in 1991. A/C failed a couple weeks ago, put 3lbs R22 in. Failed again Sunday. Figured we would replace the A/C and take advantage of the tax credit. That led us to discover we can't claim it unless we replace the furnace too. So now we are looking at an entire system replacement. I got quotes from a place that my in-laws have used for years that they feel has always done great work at a reasonable price. We'll see what you all think. Here goes:

We got a few different system quotes. All units are Bryant 95% furnaces, and at least 13 SEER A/C.

The first is the Evolution Series 3 stage furnace (335CAV060100) and 2 stage 17 SEER 4 ton A/C (167A/187BNA048). 10 year parts AND labor warranty w/free air purifier (cheapest one) and 2nd year maintenance included for $10,397 less $1,500 tax credit, less $1,000 manf. rebate, and $250 local gas utility rebate for a net cost of $7,647.

Next is a Bryant Preferred Series 2 stage 95% efficient gas furnace (355BAV060120) with 16 SEER 2 stage 4 ton A/C (126A/127ANA048), 10 years parts and labor warranty for $8496 less the $1,500 tax credit, less $250 gas utility rebate for a net cost of $6746.

Next is the same as above (355BAV060120) but with a single stage 3.5 ton A/C (124A/126BNA048). Same 10 year P&L for $8052 less the $1500 tax credit and $250 gas utility co. credit for a net cost of $6302.

The last option is a single stage Bryant 95% efficient furnace, 13 SEER 3.5 ton A/C with 10 parts warranty and 1 year labor for $7166 less the previously mentioned credits for a net cost of $5416.

The system with the net cost of $6302 look enticing, it's at least a 2 stage furnace and a higher SEER A/C and has 10 year parts AND labor for less than $1,000 extra. That could be just one service calls worth of labor. Anybody with more experience with this stuff have an opinion if this is a good quote? Thoughts. comments suggestions on the other system options I was presented? Should I look elsewhere?

All systems include removal of the old stuff, new lines, new electrical, new thermostat to control the newer equipment, new exhaust and intake pipes for the higher efficiency furnace, etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
